Luce Agentic is the brand I built for what happens when you take AI seriously enough to make it operational. Notes, Skills, Studio — and soon Academy + Solo OS.
What I do
I help solo founders and teams learn, design, and deploy AI workflows that actually compound. My work splits across three sub-brands:
- Luce Agentic Notes — weekly Sunday writing on workflows that actually ship.
- Luce Agentic Skills — reusable workflow packs (templates, prompts, SOPs) you can install into your team.
- Luce Agentic Studio — done-with-you consulting: diagnostic, pilot blueprint, retainer.
How I got here
I founded Luce Agentic in 2026, after five years across finance, Web3, and tech consulting. One pattern kept repeating in every engagement: organizations buying AI tools without a workflow to put them into. The Skills and Studio offerings exist to close that gap.
I'm based in Taipei and work remotely with clients across US, EU, and SG.
