30-day refund, no questions asked. Email hello@luceagentic.com with your Stripe receipt or order email — we refund within 5 business days. You keep the materials; we trust you.
After 30 days from purchase, refunds are case-by-case but we generally honor them if you tell us why and the answer is reasonable.
You can cancel any time. We do not bill for the next period after cancellation. We do not refund the current period unless you've used it for less than 14 days.
The 4-hour Diagnostic is invoiced after the discovery call but before the diagnostic itself. If, between the discovery call and the diagnostic, either of us decides we are not a fit, we refund 100% (no cancellation fee).
After the diagnostic is delivered, the work is non-refundable. You walk away with the written deliverable regardless.
Governed by the engagement SOW. The default structure: deposit at SOW signing, milestone payments tied to deliverables, no refund for completed milestones. Specific terms are negotiable per engagement.

We process within 5 business days. Stripe takes 5–10 business days more to return the money to your card depending on your bank.
